2. Personal data we collect
General Personal Information:
a. Your contact information. Your name, address and other contact details, such as your phone number and email address, your requests, any complaints you may have, or any other information you may voluntarily provide.
c. Information regarding your use of our Online Services. This information includes data regarding the pages you visit, the products and services you like and, if an online store is available, the content left in your shopping cart.

f. Your communication data. Your requests, any complaints you may have and any other data we receive if we communicate with you over the phone, via email, social networks or other electronic means.
g. Information collected from other sources. We may collect information from commercially available sources such as data aggregators and public databases. We may combine this information (eg, name, interests, publicly visible data) with the information we collect from you to help us personalize our communications with you and to improve our services and products and may request your explicit explicit consent if required by law.
3. Purpose of using Personal Data
ELECTROFLOW collects and uses your Personal Data legally for the purposes set out below. Please note that to the extent that we have information about you, we may use them for the same purposes.
a. For the execution of our agreement with you: In order to comply with our obligations arising from any agreement between us and you, and to provide you with the requested information and services, including the handling of requests, queries or complaints. If you can order Products or request Online Services, we process this data to manage and handle your purchases and orders.
b. For our legitimate business interests: We may use your Personal Data (on an aggregate and individual basis), such as your contact information, account data and electronic identification, in order to advertise our Products and Services and to contact you to marketing purposes or other commercial purposes if you are an existing customer. We may also use your Personal Data to analyze and improve the quality of our Products and Services as well as to understand you as a customer and provide you with a better user experience. This allows us to create personal profiles and evaluate what may be of interest to you, evaluate or understand the effectiveness of the advertising we present to you and others and provide relevant advertising.

We may use your Personal Information for marketing communications (based on your profiles) via email, SMS or other electronic means, but we will do so only after we receive your consent.

d. In order to comply with our legal obligations: Your Personal Data may be used to maintain appropriate commercial records for compliance with legal requests made by public authorities and for compliance with applicable laws and regulations or under other requirements set forth by law.

We share your personal data with the following parts:

We’ll also notify you about sharing, and may opt for your objection. If required by law, we will request your prior consent.
d. Third parties in case of legal requirements. We also disclose your Personal Information if required to do so by law or in the context of an investigation, regulatory requirement, legal process, court order or legal proceeding relied upon by us or to protect the rights of ELECTROFLOW and / or our affiliated companies, as well as the security of our systems and website.
e. Third parties with respect to a business transaction. In addition, information about our customers, including Personal Data, may be disclosed as part of any merger, sale, transfer of ELECTROFLOW’s assets, acquisition, insolvency or similar event.
f. Other third parties with consent. We also disclose your information, including Personal Data, to any other entity with your consent or upon your request to do so.
5. International transfer of your Personal Data
In most cases, your Personal Data will be processed within the European Economic Area. However, we inform you that ELECTROFLOW will transfer and process any Personal Data you provide to countries other than your country of residence, such as Japan. The laws of these countries may not guarantee the same level of protection with respect to your Personal Data . ELECTROFLOW will therefore seek to ensure that all appropriate guarantees are implemented and that all applicable laws and regulations in respect of such transfer will be complied with, in particular as regardsto this transfer, in particular as regards Personal Data transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area. This means that we will enter into legally required contracts with the recipients of your Personal Data, as standard contractual clauses, as approved by the European Commission or other supervisory authority, where necessary.
ELECTROFLOW shall take reasonable steps to ensure that its Personal Data is adequately protected by appropriate technical, physical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized or improper use, alteration, disclosure or unauthorized access, destruction or accidental or improper loss.

We store your Personal Data only for as long as it is necessary to serve the purposes for which we collect it (for example, for the period required to provide you with assistance, answer your questions or solve technical problems), unless a longer period is required by law or if it is necessary to defend a lawsuit.

Subject to the conditions established by applicable law, you have the right to request, analyze, correct, update, delete, restrict or eliminate the Personal Data you have provided us or, if you wish, request an electronic copy of this personal data to transmit to another company, sending an e-mail to email@example.com specifying your request. We will respond to your request in accordance with applicable law.
In your request, indicate the Personal Data that you would like to change if you want your Personal Data to be deleted from our database, or what other limitations you would like to impose on our use of your Personal Data. We will try to respond to your request as soon as possible.
Please note that we may need to retain certain Personal Data for registration purposes and / or to complete any transactions you have initiated prior to requesting the change or deletion.
If your personal data is processed based on your consent, you may withdraw this consent at any time by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, specifying your request, without affecting the legality of the processing that was based on consent before have withdrawn it.
